I found that I had to change the channel when it came on because it was driving me nuts. lol
My grandson and my husband eat all kinds of food in front of me. We recently went to a buffet place and I knew that pretty much I was going to be eating soup and nothing more.
My grandson had ice cream and another dessert. My husband had nice warm yeast rolls and I was okay. I didn't crave anything while we were there and my soup (broccoli & cheese) was delicious!
One day you'll be able to eat out in restaurants. For now we just take things one day at a time! Good luck!
I hate to leave food behind but it was not safe to try to take this home. My husband lOVES buffet's but I hate the. So when he wants to eat there, I drop him off and do some shopping then pick him up when he is done. I will pick up some chicken tenders or something with out the bun.
We used to eat out alot, not any more. It is so much easier to make something and freeze the remainder. I have a freezer with a very nice veriiety and all I need to do is warm up the left overs and have a new dish!!!
I have gone to places that did not have anything I could eat so I get an iced tea and sip it. I can talk with my friends and get something to eat later. I have gotten sick enough to not WANT to eat something that won't work.
Good LUCK!
Jill
