Well, got everything needed for insurance and submitted, now just waiting for approval and to get an endoscopy done and then it's surgery time. Talked with my doctor and he says we should be doing surgery in the next few weeks. I am so looking forward to it, I want to get it done and get going on my new life style. Not to say I haven't started, I joined the gym and have a trainer to work with me everyday five days a week. It's a friend of mine who used to be a trainer in his younger days. So between the workouts everyday and swimming in the Rainbow Springs I am starting to finally get through the soreness and start gaining strength. Now it's just the surgery left and my will to keep it up and stick with it. I know I can do this. I am tired of being 420 pounds (at six foot tall) I fight to get out of my chair everyday, it's a battle to just roll over in bed and not to mention the aches and pains in my knees, shoulders and hip. I can't be like this anymore, I don't want it, I don't need it, I will make it.

I've decided I would start writing in my journal and keep a log of at least each week from start to finish including pictures. I think that, that would be good therapy for me. I may do a page on Facebook also I don't know but I will do it here. I know I will be needing you guys to talk to and to get some advice from, from time to time and I am sure you guys will give it.
