Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
I'm with Mora on this as well, do what ever you need to and get the support you need and deserve.
Wishing you the best.

I am glad to see you back... You helped me so much when I first came around here.... Hang in there... Better days are ahead...
protein first, probably at least 70 grams a day.
non-starchy veggies next
finally, complex carbs.
avoid the white stuff--flour, sugar, pasta.
drink lots of non-caloric fluids, avoiding sodas
and walk, walk, walk.
If you do that, you'll get to your goal. Since DS is always available, come here for support when you need it.
hang in there. you can do this! :)
