Get'n it together after feeling like a crack head

Well I realized I could eat crackers and bread I'm 6 months PO I literally felt crazy cause it has been so long since I could eat them. I haven't lost or gained in almost a month an I'm sure my lack of losing is the bread and crackers :( well today that stops! No more crackers and bread I'm going back to the basics we have Croatia to go to in less then a month as long as the hubby leave gets approved and I want to lose a few more pounds! I regret realizing I can eat these things so for the newbies don't try anything u might can handle and fall weak too like me it's terrible lol

Good for you for catching yourself before things got too out of hand!

I just found this cool recipe for making oopsie rolls! They are made with eggs, ff cream cheese and cream of tarter... A REAL COOL bread replacement!

Mora I am the same as you. I am 8 months post op RNY. I have been at a plateau for about a month, I finally did drop about 3 pounds in the last 10 days but seem to have stalled out again. I have been increasing my activity level but I have also slipped back into some old snacking habits. I had an appointment with my NUT this past Saturday and confessed to my snacking and she said it happens to a lot of post ops around this time. But the first step is recognizing the issue, then of course the harder part is doing something about it! I love love love popcorn and I was snacking on the little 100 calorie snack bags you microwave. Then my second love graham crackers were brought into the house by my daughter. I started snacking on them at night. I unfortunately do not dump easily. So I threw out the crackers, having a harder time with the popcorn. But it is going to have to go too, because if it is there I know I am going to eat it. If it is not there then I wont go seek it out or run to the store or anything. All of those "skinny" people who claim we took the easy way to weight lose have no idea how hard this is!!

Kelly I did the same thing I got rid of the crackers sadly there were not that many left lol I do not plan on buying any either for me or the kids sorry kids lol I have to rid myself of all temptation thanks for being my support guys I appreciate it!!
