Can I join in? I did an hour-long water fitness class at the Y with my sweetie! It kicked our butts!

I LOVE water aerobics!! In the water is the one place I feel graceful! :)

I am still dog showing, but my Fitbit buzzed me in my first class and said I had reached my goal for the day and I still had alot of running after that. My shins are whining bad, and my upper thighs are tied in knots! Lol. Who would have thought running my dog around in circles would use long rested muscles.

On a side note, my puppy won her class today!! And the judge for the sweepstakes class said she REALLY liked her, but she just needed a touch more maturity before she could put her as best in sweeps. Not a bad day for an amatuer owner, first time out and showing a inexperienced puppy. :)

Walked what in this town is known as cardiac hill, up to hospital and back half hour each way yahoo and no puffing then went to work at thrift store for 3 hrs.

I went to the gym today and did 30 minutes on the Elliptical which equates to a little over 2 miles and 350 calories burned. Then on to my aquasize class for 45 min. I'm not sure how much calories burned, but I know I feel so good when I'm done.

I walked for 30 minutes this morning. Our town got flooded so many things were closed, including my work. Not feeling so hot tonight but I think its because I didnt get good sleep last night which is also important.

did my 10 min walk with hubby, little easier tonight, not so hot or humid. surgery in 4 days!!!!!

Missed my treadmill because I was busy, but walked a lot as my partner and I were getting to know a new 4 month old puppy we think we will adopt. Sweet little girl, all legs and feet! She looks to be Australian Ridgeback or Redbone Coon Hound or a mix of the two. Uncertain, as she is a rescue found wandering the streets of Olympia.
