We made french toast today with whole wheat bread, fresh eggs and sugar free Wal Mart syrup. It was great and everything in it was "legal" by my plan. Only ate about 3/4 of a piece much to my dog's delight.
I make pancakes with fiber pancake mix, add in oats, protein powder, nuts, blueberrys, flax seeds.... and whatever else I can find!
if my family knew what was in them... they would not eat them! LOL!
And sugar free syrup is just dandy!
