4 months post opp:

My hair is falling out, which is something I knew would happen, its a little sad but I am trying to look at the bigger picture. I am healthy. I can move and I am no longer in pain... But loosing my hair sucks.

Food: I still dont have an appitite.. Im on my protien shakes and and low carb food. The only problem i am encountering is Food, there is food everywhere.. my co workers enjoy getting together and ordering food, my boss sometimes pays for it and this is once a week! they always count me in even though i cant eat it! I hate it. they try to find stuff for me to eat but i would rather eat what i bring from home i know what I put in it, Its measured and prepared by me, but its depressing. I know they dont understand, and i probably wont say anything but its stressfull. I dont want to go back to my old habits so I am avoiding all carbs and food thats not great for me. i dont want to go down that road.

I am 86lbs down have at least 100 lbs more to go. I havent excersied in 3 weeks which is another stressfull situation. My daughter stepped on my foot with her soccer shoes and hurt my toe, I delt with the pain in my toe for 2 weeks thinking it was going to pass, come to find out i my nail broke and inbeded itself in my toe, so I had to have it removed! so no excersise...

I know ALL  this is just temporary but i feel like im stuck. I am working through all this one day at time
