I have a bottle of water with me all the time that I sip on, I chew ice from time to time for variety I also keep sf popsicles and fudges in my freezer all the time. fluids do not have to be just drinks the juice in your fruit counts things like that anything liquidy counts.
Yes my program is the same, but I must not be getting enough because I don't go potty very often. I don't do SF popsicles because the artificial sweeteners don't agree with me unless I stumble across the ones made with splenda.
Thanks for your response and input. Please keep it coming. I know I have a lot to learn!!!
Have you checked Wal-Mart brand sf ? I get the sf Choco syrup because it has splenda.. I started using great value products because I tolerated them better so I am thinking splenda may be there sweetener in there sf line.
I try to drink a big amount as I cna when I take my pills. 1 swallow takes them down but a couple more don't hurt then the pouch is full.
