Fires are worse...

Please please pray hard. I'm sure everyone knows but there is a horrible fire here in the Springs and it has shaken up the whole town. It's just horrible and I can't stop crying about it. Up until this afternoon no structures where burned but the fire shifted suddenly and now there is a church ranch that is burning and several homes have caught. The smoke is just horrible and people are starting to have some serious health issues from the smoke. My heart is just breaking and I feel like out beautiful city and mountains are totally falling apart. How is our beautiful town of Colorado Springs going to recover from this?

Caruth let me know if there is anything i can do if its within my power and abilities i willl. We aren't that far apart. Boulder has a new hot rolling one tonight as well, husband had hard time driving home on motorcycle tonight with his asthma even with a full mask on helmet.

Prayers are needed for all of colordo.

People houses are gone. Flying W Ranch, a Christian church ranch, is gone. I have family and friends that might lose everything tonight. I am so distraught from this and can't stop crying. Thanks for the prayers.
Were I live is far enough away that we are safe, but most of my life is 20 minutes away in Colorado Springs where the fire is burning so bad.

I just saw on the news that 346 houses have been lost in the fire. But after all the destruction they are finally at 10% containment, which is still small but I think it is FANTASTIC!!!! They were at 5% this morning. The smoke has lessened quite a bit and you can see the mountains again. Please check out some of the sites on here. It has been so devastating. But it is looking up.

Praying for everyone in Colorado and Utah and even found out we have a pretty good fire that has started here in Idaho. My husband is actually driving a dedicated run between Salt Lake and Denver and says it's just horrible. I hope you and your family stay safe.
