Tonight I made myself :

Fat Free, Sugar free Chocolate Fudge pudding!!

It was actually a recipe on the back of the chocolate fudge pudding box, for a "Chocolate Banana Split".

You add the powder with 2 cups of skim milk and whisk it for 2 minutes. Pour part of the pudding into 4 dessert cups. Put 2 bananas cut up, over the pudding in all of the cups.

Then they say thawed out Cool whip Lite, (if you can have this), and sprinkle the top with some chopped walnuts (if you can have those).

YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 gram of Protein
80 calories-No calories from Fat,
No Sugar
350 mg sodium is the only bad thing

I wonder if this would be like a banana pudding if you use vanilla pudding mix instead? No lt cool wip either.

oh im odd I wonder how butterscotch with light layers of chocolate would be sf of course........have you ever mixed flavors?

Ummmmm! You can also add unflavored protein powder and give it a bigger bang in the protein area!!

I put in half a scoop (5 grams) of syntrax nectar unflavored in my pudding when I eat it (stage 2).... :)

Sounds delicious but ......... WARNING: this is not sugar free. Milk has about 8 grams of sugar per 1/2 cup, the banana is also high in sugar. I personally would not play with this. My experience with bananas and dumping makes me very cautious when it comes to sugar.

I meant, that's why I posted the calories, sugar content of the pudding, but I should have looked up the sugar content of the banana and skim milk.

I knew the banana and milk does...so figured I would leave it up to you all, to see what you can digest or if you wanted to try it or not.

I dont have problems with Milk or bananas post op. I use them in my protein shakes occasionally.
