Well, I tried doing an excersize video but I couldnt yesterday. So for now I am sticking to walking. I walked 30 mins today.

I'm so proud of my self. I walked on my treadmill for an hour tonight and earlier I cleaned my house, not just tidied, I'm talking about four hours of moving furniture emptying cabinets, I was climbing on and of chairs all day. I cant honestly say i got up at seven am and here it is nine-thirty and I've sat maybe an hour today.

Walked a lot today back and forth from the house to the car, caring for a couple of young pups I rescued by the side of road. Couldn't keep them but held them until evening when a rescue volunteer could take them. Had to keep them in the car with all the windows open, the car parked in the shade of our tree and even had the sprinkler on the hood to make sure they kept nice and cool! I couldn't do much else because the one was pretty vicious and snarling and snapping.
Also did my goal of .5 hour on the treadmill. Little slower today, only a 2.2 pace instead of a 2.4, but a 4.0 incline still. Was a bit tired. Also 15 minute stretching afterwards.

Today, Tuesday, I went to gym from 5:30 to 7:15. Did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine and burned 250 cals. Heart rate was up to 160 at times when I really pushed it. I then changed into my swimsuit and did 1 hour of Water In Motion cardio class in the pool and burned another 236 calories. Total cals burned at gym 486 calories! No gym on Wed. since my boyfriend will be coming over after work.

30 minutes on the elliptical, and 30 minutes on weight machines. Best part afterwards was one of the biggest BM's I have had since surgery. LOL!
