Exercise for 1/26/12

I did 45 min on elliptical, 414 cal burned, 3 miles, then 30 min weight training.

What have you all done? I love hearing all about it.

The new Home health nurse set up was out here for my hubby so it is 3 pm and i haven't done a thing. I will go to the gym by midnoc probably 8 pm or 9 pm and swim and water arrobics till midnoc along with the sauna and jacuzzi. ahhhhh.

But don't worry i got lazy and popped a Marie chanler tv dinner in for m y hubby and for me it is greek yogart and a salad. For now a cup of chia.

Thanks for rubbing it in. I would have liked to skip it now i wont.

Okay, I finally found the energy to get a mile in on my walk at home DVD. My daughter had been asking me for 2 hours! They are fast paced miles!

Starbucks skinny hot chocolate and a movie. Well deserved might I add!

did an hour on the eliptical and supposedly burned over 450 calories. Always feels better when its over.

Kat, I almost didn't do any exercise yesterday either. I had a really hard time getting my butt into action. I really had to force myself to get on, then when I did it I felt so much better.

right now i am off to swim. It is 710 am and then a sauna to start my day. Weekend is here and time to celebrate the west coast thaw.
