Ok so I am wondering if maybe my dizzy spells are related to the bunch of excersize I am trying to do. From reading on here and researching online I am not doing enough excersize. I was trying to do 20-25 minutes a day on the treadmill every day. It is killing me. My dad says I should do 25 -30 minutes every other day to give my body a rest, but I feel a little guilty not excersizing every day. I dont know. I feel like I am definately doing more than I used to.

Thoughts?

If you haven't done it much before and you are having dizzy spells it is a sign that you are overdoing it. Listen to your body! Sometimes when you pick up your exercise routine the balance changes in your body. I have found that when my neck acts up that a good chiropractic adjustment takes care of it.

exersize one day and take a walk the next .
I think you will find that you feel better muscles wont tighten and hurt and dizzyness may lessen. it worked when I was able to do ore.

The first day I really excersized after my surgery I was so weak that I almost could not wash my hair. I think I got dehydrated. Now I carry something to drink with me and it hasn't happened since! Make sure you are getting your fluids in and see if that helps. Good Luck!

Another idea is to break up your time into smaller chunks... My walks after surgery were only 5 min long, but I walked 6 times per day. So you might do 2 or 3 ten min chunks of treadmill.... Just a thought!
