I went for a walk with my kiddo tonight and she told me how proud of me that she was that I continue to keep trying even though my scale is not moving. It's moments like this that keep me motivated. She is one of the main reasons that I want to get healthy. To see her grow up and graduate and go to college and get married! I love her more than life itself and I dont want her to be without me.

Well... heck! I cannot think of a better reason to keep at it!! I am still preop, but i know for sure... the only way that scale will ever start moving again is if you keep at it... So kudos to you for sticking with it!

And I can't think of a better reason to keep going.. Your daughter is beautiful and I hope you have many many many years with her... It is so obvious how much you love her, she is a very lucky young lady...

Things will get moving again.. Your body is just taking a break... It's been through a lot.... I know I abused my body a long time, it is going to take it a long time to be healthy again.... (Remind me of this when I hit a stall please... :)

You are truly blessed to have your daughter as a support system....

Good for you to have a great daughter. My daughter is very supportive too. Her goal for me is to be able to go along with them to see my granddaughters on a trip to Disney World. As things are now, I could never walk that place. But after my WLS.......

Aw...that's the best. When I was full-bore into WW and had lost about 40# we were on a family vacation and doing lots of walking and stair climbing. After climbing a huge set of stairs my 22 year-old son said, "Mom, I'm so proud of you. We normally have to wait for you and you are keeping up with us and not out of breath." I still treasure that comment. Keep up the good work.
