I just wanted to let all know that I bought the cook book and I tried a dinner and the family liked it and it was the first meal in awhile that I enjoyed. I made chicken scampi I had mixed veggies and the family had pasta. The flavor was good and it stayed well in my pouch. I can't thank who ever mentioned the cookbook awhile back you are a life saver. This lets me know that things do get better with time and alittle faith. Just wanted to share.

"Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery" by Patt Levine and Michele Bontempo-Saray

www.amazon.com I bought mine for $6,99 I believe. I buy the new/used books so they are alot cheaper! I have never had one show up that wasn't in pristine condition.

Another book with recipes in it that I like is "Before and After" by Susan Maria Leach. The book is wriiten as her story, but she has included 100 recipes at the end of the book as a bonus!

"Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery" by Patt Levine and Michele Bontempo-Saray I got mine at Barnes and Noble It has over 140 low fat, high protein recipes. Good luck

I have this book-got it before surgery-but I haven't used it yet. I will definitely try it now though. I find that chili is something that works great for me. I have tried it a number of ways using whatever I have on hand. If you are having a hard time with food, you might want to try that.
