Ok, so I am just plain eating out of stress and I am afraid I am putting on a few. I had some plastics done on my belly and that put me out and down from excersize but I have not gotten back to it. I have other issues here with my poor teen who has some MAJOR stuff going on, and also myself. Not to mention Everything seems to be breaking down.My carpet shampooer, converter to tv, so , no tv. the other computer, so I have to share with child. Oh, having hot flashes and running out of all my fav. foods. no cash to buy. So, its hard to please my appetite. my most guilty thing today was way too much peanut butter. well, Just needed some you can do its today. and wish me big blessings on finding an attorney for a bad Panniculectomy. thanks all .....any one to pray that I get this eating in order and I will get in gear to the gym again. yikes, appreciated.
