Paradise, can you give me an idea of what you are eating now (and what foods you know give you problems)?

During the shedding phase, dense protein should be the first part of every meal and the primary source of your calories. This is because our bodies need 2 types of energy. The first type comes from carbs - if you don't give your body the carb energy through what you eat, your body will burn its stores (fat). The second type of energy is protein - if you don't give your body the protein energy through what you eat, your body will burn its stores (muscles).
Stick to dense protein (seafood & poultry - and beef if you can tolerate it). For people who don't dump easily, a good rule of thumb is 3 bites of protein for any 1 bit of anything else.

From my research over past week and talking with the staff at the doctors they both have said bread in its entirety is out, same for cheese. Sadly from all the food you mentioned that you are eating it is all wrong. I will be on protein shakes, vitamins and a VLCD for the rest of my life.
I too have to say goodbye to lots of my friends such as the candy, deli meats, fresh bread, curried rice, this decision for RNY comes with some serious restrictions for quite some time post surgery but more so for rest of my life, this is where I am considering hypnotherapy to help decades of bad habits which came from child hood of not having these bad foods.
Have you been seeing a Dietician throughout your surgery? Apparently I have to see one before the surgery as well as after for some time, this might be worth a thought also. I would contact the doctors reception and let them know, they should be there to help you through this tough time.
I have to go on the Optifast VLCD and associated foods including snack bars and desserts, perhaps these might help you in some way. Sorry that I can't do anything else for you but offer this information and support when you need it via these forums
