But since we are in a confessional mood, I was a really bad girl yesterday. At our team meeting folks brought in breakfast goodies to celebrate the October birthdays (The big 5 0 for me next Wednesday :) and those siren bagels just kept calling my name. So I ate one - yes a whole, stinking delicious everything bagel. within half an hour I had the shakes, was sweating profusely and had to make several trips to the bathroom. Bagels don't have much sugar in them, but maybe it was just that huge amount of simple carbs my body couldn't handle. Lesson learned. As much as I love them, never again.
I do eat grapes, but not more than 3-4 at a time. They seem to fill me up fast! I haven't had the problem you had with them....and I hope I never do!
You're still doing awesome! Keep up the fight!
sorry you went through it and at school I take it? ugg I hate public pottys........in stores if there is a family bathroom pick it. lol
I honestly would look more at the amount and how fast you ate and maybe did you chew well? do you peel them or eat them with skin? if I have grapes I peel them. I wouldn't think what you normally eat them with would be a huge deal but if the other stuff was normal then I learned my second new thing today
lessons are learned quickly when it happens!
No more bananas yet for me since i had half of
one a couple weeks postop. Now i'm 7.5 mos out. The second time i dumped

It was very scary for me since my blood sugar bottomed out
and i thought i was gonna die!
