i would though by me loss the weight 62 lbs since Jan and now weight 193 that I would be happy with myself. I guess today it really hit me hard as a rock. With people say that you are still fat and still look the same and don't see any different in me I just feeling like I waste my time with surgery diet and eat health. Stupid me to think that I can be skinny and loss the weight.

62 is great! Have you been taking photos in the same pose and place every month? You can keep them where you can see them and they will help you to see the reality of your progress. It might be time to think about getting some smaller clothes that would show your progress better. It's not about what other people think, it's all about you!

62 lbs is a lot of weight. I encourage you to try to notice the parts of your life that are easier now: getting in and out of a car.... able to carry laundry, groceries, kids, easier, faster and farther.... taking an evening walk in the cool of the evening.... What are the blessings you've received from your hard work? How do you experience better health? LCat's absolutely right, this is about you; your health, your life, not about them. Perhaps, if you can't see the good in your accomplishments, get some help. You may be experiencing depression, and treatment may help you see how far you've come.

Lcat4 I have been do the pose and picture. I wish I can buy new clothes now but right now is not a good time for me. I just got remove from a case that I was work. So right now I'm looking for new case. The money I have is for bills that I have to pay.

Hey forget those people you have gone thru this process for you and you alone. You can be skinny if that is what you really want. Being healthy is probably better. You keep doing for you. YOU ARE GREAT, YOU ARE TERRIFIC YOU SHINE GIRL.

I'm sorry that some people have made comments that make you feel you aren't doing well. As others said, celebrate who you are with some new clothes, notice how YOU feel and congratulate the new you. I know it brings one down to hear negative comments so try and not internalize them. When something is said to you....immediately give yourself a compliment.

Thanks everyone for the advice that you have give me. I guess I'm just program to hear and feel the negative words that is something that I have to work on. Yes I have a very low self esteem.

I understand the feelings. You might look for a Good Will or Family Dollar store in your area. I've gotten some cute skirts and even a jacket for under $3. Shopping for the right size doesn't need to be expensive especially while we are still melting. Also, if there is a hospital support group near you, many of them do clothing swaps. I went down a size and one of the ladies brought me 2 pairs of jeans, some shorts and a really pretty top. I'm lucky enough to get to wear jeans to work. It helped a lot and she felt great getting to pass them on to someone who could use them.

Dont rely on others to pay you on the back for the journey your traveling. 62 lbs is amazing. You must find it within yourself to love yourself. Dont rely on others to do this for you. Hugs.

Honey, you are going to find out who your friends really are through this process of transformation. All the critics are negative influences, and you get to choose whether or not to permit them to remain in your life. You have lose an enormous amount of weight in a short time. Those who are critical or shaming need to be put in their place.
