Does anyone else have an odd nasty breath? I know it started not long after surgery. Seems like it is bad no matter what I eat. Got some sugar free mints and have chewed some sugar free gum. I feel like that isn't enough.

It might be ketosis... when you eat low carb it can happen.

Oh No!!! one of my biggest fears....I am(was) an avid gum chewer because I never want to breathe bad breath on my students....if you find a cure b sure to message me

Are we suppose to chew gum? I think I have read that we shouldn't?

Be careful we shouldn't chew gum after surgery at least my surgeon said absolutely no gum it dangerous

It's not just you Sarge, I keep sugar free breath mints with me at all times, cause Whoo Weee, my brath is bad too.

Thank you for all the responses. No we aren't to chew gum. I only use it if I have to and the wife has it with her in church. I get rid of it as soon as it is over and am very careful not to swollow it.
Got these plastic teeth and they don't help the breath issue either! I'm thinkin the coffee may not help. I don't smoke but remember when I did I had a dark brown taste in my mouth very morning! LOL!

Yep. Totally normal. Drinking lots of water will help. It will eventually go away (at least I think mine has!) and, yeah...the coffee isn't helping! LOL
