Congrats on your pregnancy!
Second, pregnant = raging hormones.
The hunger may be head hunger or not, but what is important is to choose only healthy foods--you know what they are. Stay away from the fast food joints and get into the kitchen. Are you still getting all the protein your need? If not, that could be contributing to your hunger. With portion control and healthy food choices, you'll be fine.
The exhaustion/tiredness is pregnancy related. It gets better during the second trimester. Your body is adjusting to the raging hormones. When I was pregnant, I felt like I could sleep 20 out of 24 hours and still be tired! It does get better. The second trimester you feel more human. Less "morning" sickness which can occur at any hour of the day! (again, that is hormone related), and just more energy in general. You don't have the huge belly yet and it is when you feel the best.
There are times you are going to feel hungry and times food is going to turn you totally off. Just be sure you are making healthy choices and getting enough of everything you and your baby need. Get plenty of rest and when you feel up to do some walking and gentle exercise!
Good Luck!
