Congratualations on 55lbs loss in less than 2 months. Wow you!
Good for you to notice your eating habits early on. Keep looking at yourself in the mirror and how FAB you look. Keep saying you never want to look like your "before" photo again. Time to get back on track. Make sure you are getting your protein in and not snacking on high calorie foods.
I love the "Myfitnesspal" app. It really helps keep you on track with your daily intake. Please log everything you are eating -- it's a wake up call.
Attack the issue now before it attacks you.
Good luck.
WLS is a way of life for us, it doesn't mean you can have certain foods but you should only eat a small amount of them after you have gotten your protein in. If there is a trigger food or slider food that you feel you can consume more of than you should stay away from that.
Good luck!
Congrats on loosing 55 pounds! That is AWESOME!
As for suggestions.... think about how amazing you look and feel and how much you've been thru. Take the tool that was given to you and use it to the fullest. Respect your tummy and in turn it will respect you back. Lastly call your doctor before you go any further, let them know what's going on and maybe they can offer some suggestions on how to get back on track.
Keep us updated on how you're doing.
Shelley :o)
Look at all you have gone through in the last couple of months, you have done amazingly well. I am very proud of you for what you have accomplished and what you will continue to accomplish.
Getting back on track will be done because you are a very strong person. The hardest part is over knowing and admitting that you goofed. I think if everyone is honest with themselves we can all say we have goofed.
Don't beat yourself up over this, take it as a learning curve and keep on keeping on. By the way i like your new pictures. Your looking amazing..
Your weight loss is amazing!!..
Hugs
