I was sitting in my apartment all depressed about my weight loss plateau and suddenly decided that I was going to go for a walk. I mean the excersize cant hurt right? It was a beautiful night and the walk was nice. I know if I just keep excersizing and maybe amp up the protein and liwuids that the scale might move again.

What a wonderful way to deal with your plateau. The scale will start moving again; this is just your body catching up!

aww been there it was almost a month nothing than dropped 38 pounds yipee.....it will happen I also notice for me my weight was re-disturbing .I have different pics stages of my journey if you'd like to see feel free to add me as a friend anyone.To this day I live off my
"oh Yeah protein shakes" yummy & my Dannon Greek yogurt sugar free 80 cal. oh have like 11 cases of water all the time.You'll find what
works for you & makes you comfortable.You got the positive thoughts
going for you keep up the good work.Be so proud of yourself.....you so deserve a pat on the back ;-)
