I know that hormones bounce on this journey, but this month I apparently am getting it full force. It has been a heck of a cycle physically and my mood has been just downright nasty! It doesn't take anything to irratate the bejeebers out of me. I hope it balances out quickly and stays that way for a long while! I tell you I am a spay and neuter fan!!

I'm feeling the same way!! On a hormonal roller coaster these days. Every little thing irritates me... Hang in there! It has to get better!

Pre surgery my cycles were irregular so I didnt have much in the way of PMS. When the weight came off, the hormones came back ten-fold. Took quite a few months to have what I consider now " normal PMS". When your weight starts to stabilize, so will the hormones.

Normal. Examine why you are moody, what is the nastiness about, and what irritates you. Take responsibility for your emotions because this is not about someone else. This is about your responses to others or your issues behind what is pushing your buttons. These times are opportunities to heal.

I agree,,,,get rid of the parts if you're not using 'em anymore! LOL
So glad I didnt have THAT to worry about on top of trying to cope with a lifestyle change!

I'm a advocate of medicating! I use Premasyn (sp?) PMS. In Ohio I usually find it at Drug Mart or pharmacies. It's the best thing for all PMS including mood. Hope you feel better soon!

I guess I have been lucky to have mild cycles up till now. But this one is sure making up for past ones! I am still terribly irritable, and this cycle is going on 10 days I think. I knew to expect some hormonal imbalance, but really? It has got to go soon. If I am going to have two out of 4 weeks like this I am going to have to go see my doc for some bioidentical hormones to help balance things like I did last fall. I wish I could just be SPAYED. I don't need it all anymore anyway!
