I'm just wondering if any of you have used unflavored protein powder and if so how did you use it?

i use Nutra=Bio unflavored protein. I mix it with milk and flavor it with coffee or the sugar free syrups and add it to pudding. Also mis it with my green tea

I use it everyday. I mix it in crystal light mostly. I also mix it in pudding (the kind you make at home without cooking). Sometimes I use it with milk and then flavor the milk with Torani syrup. There's lots of possibilities. I use Unjury. 20g protein, 0 fat, 1 carb, 80 calories per scoop.

I have used Jay Robb unflavored and right now I am using GNC brand.

I use in my crystal light and also put it in my yogurt or pudding. I have put it in mashed potatoes as well.

I bought a huge box and just tried it for the first time in some juice.... it made my juice taste thick or milky, yuk! I bought so much, i will try it in some foods instead of the Ocean Spray juice ; )

Some of them are definately better than others. The Jay Robb was expensive and didnt dissolve as nice as the GNC. Bother were totally flavorless.

I think I'm gonna go to GNC today and pick up their brand today. I know I haven't been getting enough protein so I'm gonna try to get more in.
