I am back from 7 days of having food everywhere. At first every thing looked amazing and I though i was in trouble. As the days passed, not o much. i would taste this or that and dcide nope not tasty or touch or whatever. Stayed with my proteins, a few sugar free deserts which even those tasted bland. No worse for the wear and happy to report no weight gain. We took an amazing cooking class in Cozumel which was very simple and healthy. Once I unpack and get everything put away, I will get the recipes on the WLS Recipes. The rcipes for grouper was awesome

What I've found is that if I'm craving something, I'll try a small bit of it. When I was fixing my grandson's Easter basket the other night, I had one Jelly Belly jelly bean. Just one, they're really small, not the size of regular ones and I was fine with just the one.
Yesterday I made a ham. The first time I tried it, I don't think I chewed well enough. I needed papaya enzyme to get rid of a piece that was stuck. Later on, I had another very small piece. I made sure that I chewed it really well and I did fine with it.
Now I want to see those recipes...especially the one for grouper!!
