I am 4 months out and don't eat fruit because I don't have the taste for it but depending on how far our you are (over 2 months) than you can have apples!
It keeps me going and I never feel even slightly hungry, plus it has a LOT of protein and not so many calories ;)
I don't eat any bread/crackers/pasta/rice/etc ever.
I try to keep my daily carbs at under 50 grams, so I get plenty from dairy, veggies, and the occasional bean.
Fruit - I eat Apples each morning, with the skins on. Strawberries sometimes. So good. Bananas don't sit well with me.
Good luck
I didn't eat any bread or toast while I was losing. When I hit goal and wanted to put the breaks on, I added raison bread with peanut butter a couple hours after my morning protein shake. The only brand that works for me is Sun Maid I dont know if it is the cinnamon, how thin it is, or whatbut after a couple bites of other brands, I know they wont work. I cant eat soft bread I get sick.
