can anyone recommend a good gastric bypass cookbook? i have been looking online and have seen a ton of them just didnt know which one is the best. thanks for any reccomandations

I have made several things from each site, and haven't been disappointed with a recipe yet.
Besides, she's a success story who shares her feelings and adventures on this new journey. She's what I would call, blazing the trail for the rest of us!
Check out Eating Well magazine, google for diabetic recipes, etc. But no matter what and where you get your info, Eggy's site reinforces how we are supposta be eating long term...
She sets an example for the rest :)

I too love Eggface and Bariatric Eating. I also have subscribed to Cooking Light magazine forever and I'll continue to use recipes from there.
