i never take my meds if i think im going to throw up. some of my meds can make me toxic if im not carefull. sorry i couldnt really help but hang in there .
As KatLin said, don't take your meds if you expect to vomit. Wait a bit and see what happens. .....
One other thought-- it could have been the quantity you ate that is giving you problems now. I don't mean that you ate more than usual, but some foods seem to fill the pouch more quickly than others. For example, I'm more than 2 years PO now, and I still find that chicken and scrambled eggs fill my pouch way fast, and that means that I can eat very little of them at any meal.
This is a learning curve, and unfortunately, no one can tell you what will work for you. We're all unique, so relax, chalk this up to a lesson learned. :)
