It has been a bit since I have written, as for some reason this site wouldnt let me log in.  No matter, I am here now.   I have named this post "changing my world" because so much has changed in the last month and a half or so.  I have upped my celexa and havent had to take an anxiety pill since.  I have been anxiety free!  I have also taken up bike riding, logging more than more than 80 miles since Ive last made an entry.  I am down 13 lbs!  I face each day with enthusiasm instead of dread.  I have become proud of myself, instead of embarrassed.  Ive changed the way I eat and the way I look at food, and life in general.  My energy is through the roof and I am a better mom and wife. 

I hope you all are doing well and that life has taken you where you want it to.  Be proud of yourselves for how far you've come and how far you are willing to go to get healthy.  I am truly blessed to have this site where I can read your stories and be here for any support if you all need it.  I am hoping that soon, I will have a surgery date for so many reasons, including the fact that then I will  have more in common with a lot of you,  so I can understand your situations more.  Until next time, Me.
