Had my protein drinks during the day
Allowed a lite meal at nite, and I enjoyed them
Still lost the weight
Are you allowed any foods at all or all liquids?
All Drs seem to be different
I heard it was not just to see if you will stick to it but its so you can cleanse your liver etc. Has anyone else heard that? I think you will be fine with eating something here and there. Just dont over do it. Your almost there!
