First I would like to say welcome to all newbies, and happy losing to you all,now down to business does anyone have a good recipe for blueberry muffins that we can actually eat? I want some so badly all the muffins in the store is loaded with tons of sugar and I am scared to eat them being as though I have lost 50 more pounds hip hip hooraay for me !! so if anyone have a good recipe please let me know thanks a bunches :)

What would you recommend as a substitute for the spelt flour.
I have the almond meal or whole wheat pancake mix.
Can I use either one of these?
@Hope The pancake mix would probably work, almond meal/flour would be too heavy. :) Let me know how it turns out... if you have a nutrition store that sells bulk flours look there for the spelt (lower carbs, higher protein)
