wow, i am not sure if i recomend losing so fast! I actually know someone that had a massive heart attack by losing 200 in about 4 months. Would scare the witters out of me.

thank you all. I know it is a lot but my doctor sad all my labs are good And like all of you he sad I am doing a Grate job... I miss you all I am on FB and you tube also. Mike Mishaeil if you like hit me up .all I can say is if you put your mind to something you truly can do anything !!!!

and newbe's I want you all to know it just don't fall off and stay off you need to work out too keep it off!!! 30 min every day is all I do and it works for me...
