I am Laurel, 4/15/2011 duo switch Olympia the real Washington. -Army Hosp- Lost 110 ... came from 4x to size 14 without to much of a sag at 57 yrs old. (except batwings) Water arobics and kettle bells are my friend.

I think i have only 50 more pounds to go which would put me probably down into a 10 which i haven't seen since summer of 69. Happy where i am right now with much desease and illness gone.
