I'm at eleven days and counting until surgery day, my ReBirthday. I ordered some books, all of which arrived today! Here's my new library; please tell me if there is a book that I absolutely MUST read besides these:

The Weight Loss Surgery Coping Companion, by Tanie Miller Kabala, Ph.D (this one had me in tears before the end of the first chapter)
Eating Well After Weight Loss Surgery, by Patt Levine and Michele Bontempo-Saray
Recipes for Lif After Weight-Loss Surgery, Revised and Updated, by Margaret M. Furtado, M.S, R.D, L.D.N., Lynette Schultz, LRCP, RT, and Chef Joseph Ewing, BS (too many initials in their credentials so I gave up on the punctuation!)
