How long does it take to do 5 miles on a recumbent bike?
Be careful and don't hurt yourself. I felt too good the first week and tried to work on a bike I had torn down. Made myself awful sore.
You are doing fantastic. Keep up the good work!
I enjoy Zumba and Boxing Bootcamp. Now that I've shed the extra 175 lbs, I've also been able to roller-skate, again! ...and, I love to dance!

According to their records I'm down 17lbs since surgery day. That's a total of 58lbs since I started the process preparing for surgery on March 20. :) was a size 22, now wearing an 18 jean but will need to move to a 16 very soon! I have been taking photos along the way, I can't see changes I'm happy with in them but know from size and fit of clothes I'm headed in the right direction.
Had my first bite of mashed potatoes today.. They were heavenly!
Give your body time and rest so it can pull the resources it needs to heal inside and feed the muscles you want to keep. You won't be taking in enough protein for a while and you don't want to lose muscle mass.
Glad everything's going so well for you!
