I have been trying really hard to get back on track for the past couple weeks by getting all my water, vitamins, and protein. Low and behold, the scale is starting to move again. Albeit, it is moving very slowly, it is moving. So, that is a little ecouraging. I most definately need to add some excersize. It is a little hard with the hernias and I am constantly in pain, so I am not sure what to do about that.

CONGRATS!! And yes, I think getting in all your protein, fluids and vitamins are key to our success! As for exercise, can you go for walks? You can always add more once you are doing better!

Protein melts fat and water flushes it! Upping both will get that weight melting off every time!
