I am not much on vanilla or plain yogurt and I'm trying to figure out what I can do to make things taste better and be prepared with things I can eat in my house after surgery. I was thinking maybe adding some pureed strawberries/blueberries/peaches etc. to my yogurt would be good to add some flavor. The nutritionist doesn't seem to be "hot" on this idea because of the seeds and thinks I should eat baby food instead...an idea I am not keen on at all. What has everyone else done? Has anyone tried this?
