Bonie Loiselle
Down 146 in 8 months and 100 to go.
One of the companies that sells canned fruit, has snack pack sized containers of peaches in their own juice (about the size of a cup of yogurt or individual pudding or jello) and they're only 30 calories. It's not fresh fruit, but it sure tastes good.
I'm nine months out and am supposed to be able to eat any fruits. I've eaten plenty of applesauce, but have had a hard time with peeled fresh apples. I have had oranges, strawberries, bananas, tangerines, plums, peaches and more with no problems though.
