The more carbs you consume the harder it is to rid yourself of the cravings. It's a tough job but somebody has to do it...and that's you Diva! I know you can do this!
I did find some really cute freezer pop molds at Cost Plus World Market a few weeks ago; they look like little tiki gods. I'm going to experiment by pouring chocolate Premier Protein drinks in them and freezing them. If all goes well, I'll have high-protein popsicles. Hope it works! That'd be a big help, I think.
Now go have a fantastic day! :-)
You can do this!
As for protein pops, that's interesting. I haven't found a protein shake I can stand yet, but I do love yogurt pops. I make my own with greek yogurt, mixed with pureed low carb fruits, and a touch of stevia if they aren't sweet enough, then freeze them in ice cubes with little craft sticks. Most of the time, one does it for me, but sometimes I eat 2. Once I even dipped them in melted chocolate to share with friends, and realized I was still less than 4 grams of carbs per pop! Yay!!! There are a lot of ways to keep things interesting and still stay on the right side of the road!
Love the line "won't power!" That's too funny!
