I am also always low on vitamin D whenever I get my blood checked.
Some of the other protein bars have higher protein content - I just can't get them down.

One dropper full is 5000 IU. (I take 2000-ish IU per day personally). As a chiropractor, Vitamin D is one of my "must do" vitamins... and the drops are a great way to get this down after WLS.
