Congrats for taking the step to get healthy while you are still active and young! I love to dance, too... but I didn't realize it until I'd hit my target weight. No way I was confident enough while I was super-morbidly obese. I'm looking forward to celebrating your losses!
Saving you a seat on the loser's bench!

This is an incredible tool, like a shovel. Imagine trying to dig a hole with just your hand, it would take so long and be so discouraging. This shovel helps us do the work but we still must provide the effort there will be plenty of blisters along with way. But the end results are a healthier life which is priceless. I am over 5 years post up and I did not get my life back, I got a brand new life. Best wishes!!
I'm thinking about you today and hoping that your surgery went well! I weighed 403 when I started my Journey 15 months ago and am now 256. It was the best decision I've ever made.
The first few weeks can be a little rough - just take it one day at a time and remember that it does get better!
