Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
People watch what they eat and calories and so forth because they really do not want to gain the weight back. You are lucky you do not feel that fear. I don't count calories, but I do watch carbs and protein counts, and try to avoid the same foods I was avoiding before the surgery because they tend to be very unhealthy.
I hope your success continues and your blessings multiply!
