Do you ever have a day when your pouch doesn't agree with anything you put in it? Mine's been aching today like a tummy ache. Hot, cold, doesn't matter. Nothing is agreeing with me. Is this normal?

Don't know why. But for about a week now, am getting bad cramps when I eat. Like I've overstuffed myself and lower abdominal pain right after eating. I'm not eating anything different. Not sure what's up. and I'm 8 months out.

Are we eating regulary peeps?
I tend to go cock a hoop the day after missing meals?
I tend to drink milk if I'm feeling this way.. it settles things down for the next day..
Not sure how good it is but when your having one of them days you need to be sure your getting something in....

just a thought......

Thanks, all. I tried my protein shakes, soups, teas, water, and sf popsicles. Nothing's working today. Gonna call it a night and hope for a better tomorrow.

I'm 11 months out and I have these days on occassions. I just try to do fluids and yogurt. That seems to help me.

I have been feeling that way all day today I just feel sick and over full and I know I have not eaten more then I normally do. I dislike this feeling

I agree with eating yogurt...has natural probiotics that help with anything that might be digestive. And sticking to liquids and lighter foods for a day helps me.

i get my days where for like 3 days in a row i cant eat anything and if i do it all comes out and then after that when i hold it down i get the runs
