Best advice I can give is that the surgery is on your stomach not on your head, you will still have head issues... the first few months are the hardest, stick it you it will be worth it. trust me.. you will lose hair, but it will slow down and grow back in...

Get all your protein every day 80 grams
80 oz of water
Walk 1-2 miles a day
Wear clothes that fit and aren't too baggy! Go to Goodwill or Salvation Army to buy them since you will only be in a size for a month or so it that long. Take your too big clothes to consignment shop or donate to local women's shelter.

Best Advice:
Spend time with your support group(s) to stay focused
70 + grams of protein every day
Avoid white carbs and simple carbs
Practice eating mindfully
Follow the no drinking with meals
Move a little more every day!
Work on your head stuff/emotional eating issues.
Take your vitamins every day!
Give back to someone who is earlier in the process than you are.
