I am 8 months post op today. I have lost 116 pounds so far. Still got a ways to go. I am 5 Ft 7 inches and down to 225 pounds. It is getting much slower now getting it off.

Amazing!!! You've done so well Ed!! I know there have been times when things stalled for a bit... and are even slowing down now.... all of which are normal..... but even with that... when you look at the big picture of 116 lbs in 8 months, well, heck that is truly amazing!!

You are one person I am sure NOT going to COMPARE my journey too!

Congrats on your 8 month out and the weight loss. Don't worry about the weight slowing down, you didn't gain it over night and won't lost it over night either, you are doing great.
