It's hard to believe it's been 6 years already! Life has flown by. GB has changed my life! One NSV (non scale victory) after another and still happening. I moved into a wonderful new office space where my business has boomed. I learned early on how to stand up and speak up for myself more and more which has been truly empowering. I went back to college and got my Bachelors in Complementary and Alternative Health. I had never even thought of doing that before or even cared. I finished college in January last year and have been engrossed in fun home improvement projects ever since. Last year I also came to the point in my life where "I am good enough". It has freed me in more ways than I can say. There is such freedom in releasing the need to "fix" myself. I have been enjoying the freedom of living life for me. It has been totally worth it to shed what was holding me back and embrace life to my fullest!
