Tomorrow marks my 6 week post op - my scale doesn't say I lost as much as I am seeing some people losing, but I know I am losing inches and I know everyone is different - I still have no desire for much food - I get a taste for something and when the time comes to eat it, I don't want it, but I make myself eat because I know I have to.

I go for my follow up appointment with the surgeon on Monday - can't wait to get on their scale to see how I've done :)

Keep in mind that this is your journey..... no matter how big or small your loss.... it's still heading in the right direction.... for a lifetime! You've got this! From one newbie to another.

Thanks Shelabug - that is what I do keep in mind - I actually went to a boot camp class this morning it's a 55 min class, I lasted about 35-40 mins, but it was a start :)

I lost like a puppy or kid gains..... first I'd drop some weight, then I'd drop some inches, then I'd stay still for a while, then I'd drop a few pounds, then.......
It's all good. Keep on keepin' on and you'll do great! Hope your checkup today went well.
