Went for my 6 month check up yesterday and came home sooo happy! Since I started my journey, I have lost a total of 143 lbs. Since surgery I have lost 112 lbs. I set a personal "safe" weight goal at the beginning and I never truly thought that I would ever see it. I am now 6 lbs from that goal. I never asked my surgeon what his target wait was for me.(I was always afraid to ask). Well I finally asked him yesterday and 11 more lbs and I am at his target weight!! 11 lbs....I can't believe it!! He also explained that since I am only 6 months out, I will probably surpass his target weight!!!

I just went today to get my bloodwork for next week's 6-month appointment. I haven't lost anywhere near as much as you, but I'm very happy with my results and changes so far.
