Are there any people in this group that participate regularly that are 5+ years post op?

Hi!

I am four years and two months PO. I'm online in this group at least five times a week. It helps to keep me focused on the essentials, and helps me maintain my weight loss. There are several folks who come her pretty regularly who are five years PO. You should feel at home. :)

Only 4 years in February. Not a newbie, but not quite a veteran. I know we get visits from people that have been around longer. Welcome, or perhaps, Welcome Back!

I am 4 yrs this past dec. I guess i am a regular irregular.......sometimes the board dies down and i just get distracted but im in at least a couple times a month.

I am nearly 6 years out, but because the groups that I participated in (maintenance after...) died out, I haven't been back. I have checked periodically to see if there's been any more activity...but alas....none.

Hi, caruTH!!!! Long time no see! I've been super-busy since I started my doctorate and can't call myself a "regular," anymore.... but I try to peek in at least once a week. My 5 year surgiversary is in a few weeks.
